Erin C. Davis, JD

Born and raised in Hawaii, Ms. Davis graduated from The Punahou School and then received her B.A. in Public Policy from The Sanford Institute of Public Policy at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina. She received her legal education at Temple University where she was on the school’s Political and Civil Rights Law Review. She spent two years trying cases at The Wake County Public Defender Office as a Public Defender and later worked for a Plaintiff’s firm in Miami, Florida, Colson Hicks and Eidson.

Ms. Davis served for three years as a Hawaii Governor to the Board of The American Association of Justice. In 2013, she relocated to Washington D.C. where she became “of counsel” to the firm. In May 2016, Ms. Davis was appointed by President Obama to the position of senior adviser to the Mine Safety and Health Administration of The Department of Labor. She has taken a leave of absence from the firm as she discharges her government responsibilities. She is admitted to practice in North Carolina, Hawaii, The District of Columbia and Maryland.
