Davis Levin Livingston Welcomes New Attorney Amalia Fenton!

Amalia FentonThe Davis Levin Livingston team is proud to welcome our newest attorney, Amalia Fenton!

Ms. Fenton joins our firm with over ten years of legal experience. She will focus on representing the victims of medical malpractice, defective products, and other personal injury cases, as well as cases concerning civil rights, insurance bad faith, and commercial disputes.

A native of the Washington, D.C. area, Ms. Fenton graduated from the University of Maryland School of Law in 2008, following her undergraduate education at St. Mary’s College of Maryland. She started her legal career at a Covington & Burling LLP in Washington, D.C. before moving to Hawaii in 2012. She is admitted to practice in the state of Hawaii, as well as Maryland and Washington, D.C.

Upon her arrival to The Aloha State, Ms. Fenton took a position as a legal clerk for two U.S. District Court judges, and then as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Public Corruption and Fraud Section of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Hawaii.

Outside of the office, Ms. Fenton is involved in various professional organizations that further her legal skill set. She is a current co-chair of the Hawaii Federal Trial Academy and serves on the board of the Hawaii chapter of the Federal Bar Association. In the past, she was a lawyer delegate for the Hawaii District Judicial Conference of the U.S. District Court.

The totality of Ms. Fenton’s professional experience has established her as a skilled, well-rounded attorney. Our firm is excited to have her return to the world of civil litigation as an integral piece of our organization.
