Hawaii Special Education Lawyers

Stanley Levin, one of the founding partners of the firm, has retired from active practice.  In 2009, he founded, with the firm’s support, The Levin Education Access Project (LEAP Hawaii), a public interest law firm committed to providing education and advocacy to children and families with disabilities.  For more information, contact LEAP Hawaii directly at www.leaphawaii.com.

Although many individual achievements have been realized by Mr. Levin over the years, some of his more recent accomplishments include the following:

• A ruling on behalf of special education student Steven L. of Molokai in which a federal court judge found the state of Hawaii to be deliberately indifferent.

• A ruling on behalf of a special needs student who was not receiving appropriate at home education services
