August 24 – Kahala – Hawaii News Now reports that police in Honolulu are dealing with a 3rd hit and run crash in just 2 days. Charlene Alipio, 60, was at the Kahala Mall when she witnessed two men breaking into her car.
As the men drove away in her car, Alipio was struck and critically injured. She was then attended to by four people who were nearby during the accident. Witnesses say she was bleeding from her head.
